Dear Cobra Family,

As a student , I know the feeling we all have about COVID-19. What’s even worse than being a student during this pandemic is being a senior. We, the Class of 2020, really feel the effects of it. As a senior, it saddens me that we can’t see the smiles on our family’s faces when they see us walk the stage, dress up for Prom and experience GradBash. Not only does it sadden me, but it also disappoints me.  I know how hard we worked to get here.  We’re also stressed by the amount of work the teachers are giving us. Outrageous, right? Well, that’s why I’m writing this. I hope by reading this , you’ll take some things into consideration.

For starters, my Cobra family, don’t stress yourself so much trying to meet the deadlines. Pace yourself to finish the work PROPERLY. Also, don’t panic when you see deadlines. Just try your best ! Remember, it’s better late than never. Personally, I do two teachers’ classes a day. This minimizes stress, because there are like nine or more assignments teachers upload a week. After all that work you put in, pamper yourself with a nice cozy nap. Don’t forget to enjoy this time off and stay safe !

Can’t forget my Class Of 2020 ! It may seem that the world is against us and our 2020 vision. But let’s appreciate the fact that after this, we’re out ! Yeah, we missed out on the senior activities, but we are about to enter the real world and make all our dreams come true. We have so much to look forward to. Let’s not make this pandemic bring us down.

With that being said, I hope this makes you feel a little better about it all. Hope you all are using this time to think and learn new things. Stay safe and stay venomous. Go Cobras !
